The Role: Manage a portfolio of 130 residential properties, including tenancy agreements, inspections, and maintenance. Overseas support team Provide excellent service to owners and tenants. Work alongside a junior property assistant for day-to-day support. Resolve tenant or owner queries efficiently and professionally. Ensure compliance with property management regulations. Contribute ideas to improve processes and client experience. The Candidate: Proven experience in Property Management Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills. Experienced in conflict resolution, NCAT, and tribunal matters. Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
